Sant'Elmo Residence
The recently built S.Elmo Residence is situated directly by the sea, in a beautiful coast-area, full of small, fine, sandy beaches and rocky coves, at about 50 km from Cagliari, 15 km from Villasimius, and 5 km from Costa Rei.
The holiday houses, which overlook the sea and are surrounded by a green landscape, are arranged in terraced rows, with stone and granite facings; they are all agreeably furnished and have a patio and garden or balcony.
The housing complex enjoys a peaceful and quiet atmosphere the whole year, and within the residence, visitors will find a supermarket with butcher’s, greengrocer’s and fishmonger’s, a bar, a pizza place (only high season, evening entertainment organised by the bar), and different sport facilities (tennis courts, five a side football, mini golf (additional cost), and a cocktail bar - all open from Mai to September -.
It is possible to organise locally sporting activities such as diving, windsurfing, sailing, moreover to reserve horse riding, land or sea excursions, and car, scooter, bicycle to hire. Small animals are welcome (with supplement).

TWO-LEVELS-TRILO (6 sleeps) 90 m² on two floors. 1^ floor: double bedroom, WC/shower, big balcony with sea view.
Ground floor: living-room with double bed- couch and kitchenette, twin room (single or bunk-beds), WC/shower and washing machine, patio and garden.
STONE VILLA (6 sleeps) 90 m² - A huge terrace separates the sleeping and living areas: Sleeping area: double bedroom, twin bedroom (single or bunk-beds), WC/shower. Living area: living-room with double bed-couch, kitchenette, WC with washing machine, and private garden.
